Begin an epic journey with our glacier kayaking adventure at Møsevatnet, located at the very edge of the breathtaking Folgefonna glacier. This calm experience not only lets you get close to the beauty of nature, but also offers you a unique viewpoint to appreciate the diverse ecosystem surrounding you. Prepare to capture memories that will last a lifetime in this intact environment.

Here you will receive all the necessary equipment for a day out. This includes a dry suit, life jacket, gloves and shoes. You can wear your own clothes underneath, but it is advised to bring an extra set of clothing so you can change after the trip if needed.

The kayaking tour is around 3km long in one direction, making the total distance 6km.

Rain is not an issue here. We are wearing dry suits and glacier colors are even more amazing in the rain!

Important! Once you’ve scheduled a session with Kayaking Folgefonna either between 10:00-14:00 or 15:00-19:00, participants are required to arrive promptly with their own vehicle at Mosevatnet parking (the exact MEETING POINT will be indicated on maps). Please note that kayaking time will not be extended for late arrivals.

If you would like us to deliver kayaks to a location other than the one indicated at the MEETING POINT, please select “OTHER LOCATION” and complete the form. We will respond within 12 hours.

Minimum Age: To ensure a responsible and safe kayaking experience, all participants must be at least 15 years old when accompanied by an adult.

Rental rules:

Equipment is rented on a payment basis according to the price list
The rental company only provides and rents the equipment. Trips are organized at your own risk.
To rent the equipment, you must present an ID document to prove us that you are over 18 years old.
If you fail to arrive at the location within the designated time slot, the kayaking session will not be extended unless otherwise agreed upon
The rental company bears no responsibility in the event of an accident, injury, or fatality involving participants.
If the rented equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, a refund equivalent to the market price will be provided.
Equipment is rented after signing the regulations, confirming that the content has been read.
